Geometrica Achieves FPC Certification for CE Marking

Geometrica is pleased to announce that it has received certification of its Factory Production Control system for CE Marking of its construction products.

Compliance with EN 1090-1, the European standard for Execution of Steel and Aluminum structures, is now mandatory for products sold on the EU construction market, including the manufacturing of metal frame or structural components. This mark symbolizes conformity in the supply chain regarding the applicable harmonized European Standards.  

TWI Certification Ltd. of the UK issued Geometrica's "Certificate of Conformity of the Factory Production Control."

As a preferred service provider, Geometrica's factory production control (FPC) system meets or surpasses European Norms (EN) and harmonized standards. Certification was obtained under the Construction Products Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 — CPR. Geometrica will visibly, legibly and indelibly affix the CE mark to construction products or to labels attached to its products, product packaging and/or the accompanying documents, and provide the relevant Declaration of Performance for structures and components to be installed in Europe.

ISO 3834-2 Welding Quality Certification
Geometrica earned compliance certification for ISO 3834-2 "Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials."

BS OHSAS 18001 Certification
As a framework for managing and controlling occupational health and safety in the workplace, Geometrica achieved certification to the OHSAS 18001 international standard.

ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Geometrica's wiki-based management system earned ISO 9001 certification in 2009 and has garnered various accolades since then.
